Workshop Theme: Web-Based Instruction

Faculty Development workshops within this theme provide conceptual information and hands-on activities related to using Internet technologies for instructional purposes.

The four main topic areas are; Distance & Distributed Learning, Instructional Design, Internet Delivery and Learning Management Systems.

Additional Fall and Spring workshops provided coverage of intermediate or advanced topics. Summer 3-day workshops provide an opportunity to start personal projects for Course Enhancement or Course Transformation.

Workshops in the Web-based Instruction theme are organized by topic area and participant skill level or proficiency with tasks necessary to perform the workshop's activities.
