Managing Your Enrollments in FDI Short Courses: Making Up Missed Sessions - Class Substitutions
As you know, to fulfill your FDI obligation, there is a minimum number of short courses that must be attended. For the remainder of the spring, you will receive e-mail reminders several days before each session. If you find that you cannot attend a session for which you have registered, please go to
http://www.fdi.vt.edu/register/
and unenroll from that short course. Many courses have waiting lists, and unenrolling will allow others to take that session. If you must miss a session and would like assistance in identifying another suitable short course, don't hesitate to contact your track facilitator. If you do decide to substitute a session, please let us (fdi@vt.edu) know via e-mail to ensure that you will receive credit for your substitution.
Helpful Hint: You can see all of the sessions that you are enrolled in by selecting the "View My Schedule" link in the upper right-hand corner of the FDI Registration page.
Once open, the schedule window can easily be printed to provide a current list of sessions in which you are enrolled.
